While anyone can participate in the community life of Faith Church, members play a key role in leadership. Faith Church is congregational, meaning that the members of the church decide who will lead them, how to use their facilities, and what to budget money on. These decisions are formed by the leaders of Faith Church but come out of a consensus reached by discussion, common efforts, and serving together. Membership at Faith Church is both a responsibility and a privilege.
